If you would like to return an item contact us for a Return Authorization number. Write this number clearly on the box you are returning. Choose a reasonable courier to send the item back to us.
Please note returning an item does not guarantee a refund until the item has been inspected. It has to be send back in original packaging and undamaged. Undergarments cannot be refunded for health reasons.
All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid. Choose a reasonable courier or similar service that will charge a fair price as we will refund based on fair pricing from couriers.
Contact us as soon as you can, returns should be received by us within 10 days of the invoice unless there is a circumstance that delays the return.
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping include pictures and explanation of the problem as the courier will be responsible for the refund and will need details of the problem.
- For product(s) returned without defects the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
- For product(s) returned due to incorrect product ordered or change of mind the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
- For a defective product we will be responsible for all shipping costs
If an item has been shipped incomplete, we reserve the right to either refund the customer or replace the item for its full value.
