If you would like to return an item contact us for a Return Authorization number. Write this number clearly on the box you are returning. Choose a reasonable courier to send the item back to us.
Please note returning an item does not guarantee a refund until the item has been inspected. It should be send back in original packaging and undamaged.
All returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid. Choose a reasonable courier or similar service that will charge a fair price as we will refund based on fair pricing from couriers.
Contact us as soon as you can, returns should be received by us within 30 days of the invoice. We will swiftly refund the same account which has been used to make the purchase.
Custom orders are non refundable unless you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Refunds are made within 7 days of receiving the items in our warehouse. It can take between 1 to 2 weeks for your bank to apply the refund to your credit card.
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping include pictures and explanation of the problem as the courier requires this information for refunds.
- For product(s) returned without a defect the customer is responsible for both shipping and return shipping costs. Shipping fees we have incurred will be deducted from the refund, this applies to orders which have qualified for Free Shipping.
- For product(s) returned due to incorrect product ordered or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for both shipping and the return shipping costs
- For a defective product we will be responsible for all shipping costs
If an item has been shipped incomplete, we reserve the right to either refund the customer or replace the item for its full value.
